Mariabruna skillfully led the third in a four session series on the archetypal qualities of Nature, at St. Brigid’s Villa, Ignatius Jesuit Centre. This weekend focused on the Intelligences of Water which teaches of the essence of universal love and oneness with all life. Twenty-four participants deepened their creative sense of this powerful archetype through narrative, movement, journaling and SoulCollage®.
It was a deeply enriching experience facilitated by a truly masterful teacher. The cost was $300 US including lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Steven Martyn presented a captivating talk Reclaiming the Sacredness of Earth in Forest Gardening at St. Brigid’s Villa, Ignatius Jesuit Centre on April 7, 2017. He shared his personal 35year- journey of living and learning indigenous gardening wisdom, revealing the Earth’s sacredness. His practices brought miraculous healing to barren, forsaken land and shed light on ten thousand years of local and world history and the biblical concept of leaving the garden. His book 'The Story of the Madawaska Forest Garden; Co-creating Integrated Polyculture' practically sold out as the full house responded with such enthusiasm to his presence and amazing teaching. The cost was $15.00 if prepaid, or $20 at the door.

On June 9th and 10th Michael Conforti delighted a captive audience with three different powerful presentations at Ignatius Jesuit Centre, Guelph, ON. On Friday evening, 44 people came to hear his talk “Don’t Miss the Voice of God in Your Dreams” at St. Brigid’s Villa. The exquisite depth of his insight in Archetypal Psychology and Pattern Analysis was delivered in a friendly, accessible manner to a diverse group of participants. On Saturday morning he led a two-hour colloquium for clinicians delving deeper into clients’ dreams to translate their meaning into important insights and directions for healing.

On Saturday afternoon his four-hour workshop invited 14 participants into a generous presentation of his methods of approaching dreams to access the frequently missed Voice of God, when the dreamer’s subjective associations alone are used. Michael’s innovation, dedication and warm heart shone through every scholarly presentation.
The event cost was $25, $125 and $113 respectively.

aaaOn June 16 and 17 Rev. Regan O’Callaghan, from London, England gave a talk and an afternoon workshop to groups of engaged and grateful participants at St. Brigid’s Villa, Ignatius Jesuit Centre. On Friday evening he presented “Icons-Portals into Another World” sharing his art practice and ministry with the powerful devotion of painting religious icons. He demonstrated with the newly completed icon “Mary Untier of Knots” commissioned by Barbara Susan Booth.

On Saturday afternoon he facilitated a creative meditative workshop on “Hinemihi-I am the House and the House is Me”. He taught us the meaning of Hinemihi, the Sacred Moari Meeting House and shared the personal story of his famous Maori artistic lineage from New Zealand. The experiences were fascinating and tastefully presented. Regan’s warmth, generosity and depth of contribution were appreciated by all who attended.

The fees were $15 and $30 respectively and all proceeds went to the artist.

Sacred Wisdom Centre in Conjunction with St. George’s Church supported Regan O’Callaghan to return from London to teach in Guelph for the second time in three years. Twelve people were privileged to spend a week learning directly from the exceptional talent of this iconographer priest. The privilege of working in the Chapel at St. George’s Church enhanced the depth and peace of this meditative practice. Payments of $500 for the week were made directly to Regan in London. Sacred Wisdom Centre contributed to his accommodation and assistance in preparing the material. The course was a real gift that continues to blossom in so many of our lives.

It was a truly enriching experience facilitated by a most polished and informed presenter.The cost was $300 US including lunch on Saturday and Sunday by Arvi at Magnolia Catering.
